The STARS Data Operations Program Orchestration – Manager Data Analytics will work with STARs HEIDIS Business Owners as a lead and will be responsible for a variety of functions related to the member data management and general business operations across enterprise and its businesses. Primary Responsibilities: • Develop member level activity tracking data sets for all pharmacy related HEDIS programming • Contribute to overall stars performance by influencing strategy of pharmacy outreach programs based on datasets •Create and manage reports, dashboards, etc. using datasets developed •Conduct analysis of member level detail based on activity reporting •Participate in peer reviews of code for quality control •Contribute to future member level reporting tables in other business areas, such as local market, Survey, and part C •design post deployment support to business partners and teammates •ensure high quality outputs for all developed code •adhere to development standards agreed upon by the business unit •Perform ad-hoc reporting requests to satisfy business needs throughout the year



Required Skills:

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience •3 – 5 years’ experience with SQL using SQL Server, Teradata & Snowflake •Intermediate experience with SSIS packaging, deployment processes, peer reviews •Self-guided in terms of understating data in physical tables or views, and be able to create/ enhance stored procedures or functions pertaining to report feeds, or any input/output



Desired Skills:

• Experience with Tableau and working knowledge of relational databases and database structures •Advanced SAS, SQL query and SQL programming experience, with the ability to create and modify stored procedures in MS-SQL Server Database •Microsoft SharePoint experience •Excellent communication, time / project management, problem solving, organizational, and analytical skills •Knowledge of health care industry and / or managed care
